← Back to PoliciesFor returns of non-sale* items within the UK we offer a free returns service via Collect+.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 14-day period.
You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Prescription eyewear (once prescription lenses have been fitted, the frame and lenses are both classed as bespoke items and may only be returned if faulty)
- Outbound shipping costs (we pay for the inbound return shipping label, but will not refund any original outbound shipping charges)

* A sale item is a product with a "slashed" price i.e. a discounted price. The slashed price is visible on the product page of the website.
For sale items, the customer must pay for a tracked, returns service which is insured for the value of at least £200 e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.
